Our Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

At BASK Hair & Beauty Bar, LLC we understand that your time is valuable and so is ours. We reserve your session especially for you. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-48 hours cancellation/rescheduling notice. For all reservations less than 1 hour we request a 24 hour cancellation/ rescheduling notice. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled services, to be paid before scheduling the next reservation. For all reservations 1 hour or longer we request a 48 hour cancellation/ rescheduling notice. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service (s), to be paid before scheduling the next reservation. After the second cancellation/rescheduling notice given within the 24-48 hour notice time, we will require 50% of your scheduled service price to be paid prior to booking your next reservation. Please call us at 901-316-5904 for all reschedules. All cancellation and rescheduling of reservations are tracked. Thank you for your understanding. 

 

NO SHOW POLICY:

All no shows will require 100% of your missed scheduled service price to be paid before booking your next reservation and all future reservations will be prepaid. 
 

PUNCTUALITY:

Being that we are Bask Babes, we strive to always be on time for our guests. If we are running significantly behind, we will make every effort to contact you prior to your appointment time. The only way we can ensure our punctuality is if each guest in our beauty bar arrives on time for their appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late we may have to refuse services or provide select services for which you are scheduled. 

 

FAMILY, FRIENDS, & CHILDREN:

Our beauty bar family is very important to us! We want ALL guests to be able to relax during their appointment. Because of our limited space, please use discretion with bringing extra guests if they do not have an reservation. Per our insurance policy: If you must bring small children to your appointment, we require you bring another adult (not receiving a service) to accompany your child. 
 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES: 

 

  • All prices listed on our website, service menus, social media, or discussed over the phone are starting prices and subject to change based on individual guest's needs. Prices should be determined in the consultation if different from what is listed. 

  • All new guest requesting color sessions must pay a reservation fee of $50.  The reservation must be paid within 24 hours after being invoiced or the session will be cancelled. The reservation fee will be credited toward the services completed. 

  • All color consultation are $40. No color services will be provided the same day as a consultation. All NEW GUESTS must schedule a color consultation prior to receiving any color services.

  • Please come to your color session with clean, dry hair. If your hair is dirty we will require you to have it shampooed before we begin your services and may affect what services we are able to complete within your appointment time. You will also be charged for a blowout.  

  • Arrive ready to relax and enjoy your visit.
